{I respectfully want to let you know that the label, being us, was never asked to pay for this video. We were told they were doing it with a friend and we were told time and time again it was coming and it never did.... much to the frustration of the band and us as well.} 
This is a lie and there was a budget for the video. I know because I was in it and I seen it. Scott showed me because I was being payed for the first time on a video shoot and he was glad to because I have helped on 6 other videos with him with no budget. But they REJECTED IT!! And then another was made up for less then 1/4 of the first one and we never got an answer at all on that one. By then we had done the video shoot and B.B.R thought they where going to get it for free. That's why Scoot is mad and won't give up the footage not the bullshit they had to say. 
Chief PS. I didn't want to post this on there site because I don't want it to come back on Will Haven I just wanted you guys to know what happened.
