I haven't got the link but shaun lopez posted it up on myspace last night...
that magazine is written by monkeys, I'm yet to see a review that does them justice - it still got a good score but they spend most of the review writing about grady not being in the band anymore... their reviews are like 5 year olds discussing stuff in the playground.. either something Sucks or it Rules... no details about the album itself, the british music press SUCKS BALLS.

Haven't read the review (yet), but I thought their live review was spot on. Live review:

Rich - If I can find a copy of Kerrang!'s review of our album I will post.
We got 2/5. He listened to the first 2 tracks of the album, thought we sounded like another DEP triubute band and went to slag the rest of it off.
Metal Hammer on the other hand gave us 8/10.
You decide.

You decide. thats insane!! It has been proven time and time again that magazines like the NME are paid to write reviews with a bias (in some cases journalists have actually admitted not even listening to the albums), I think Kerrang probably has an element of this... they jump on every bandwagon around... I just think that their writers are dumb and lack knowledge, comparing you guys to dillinger should have cost that dude his job. what bugs me about metal hammer is that what I consider "metal" is confined to a little unglossed paper zine in the back few pages! its like they've wimped out on anything actually "HEAVY"!! Rocksound is pretty poor and "rock a rolla" is truly diabolical. Unfortuntely as Jeff Irwin has admitted, the UK music press is a necessary evil and thats why a lot of US bands tour the uk before and after a new album is released. I dont mind Decibel and I hope they give my cd a decent write up (even if they don't rate it)... we'll see...
